She has a Degree in Biology from the University of Athens and has a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. from the Department of Biology, University of Crete. She is a member of the Laboratory of Toxicology since August 1993 and is responsible for its operation. Furthermore, she overviews the release of results, and participates in research activities of the Laboratory..

He is responsible in designing epidemiological studies and is also an experienced analyst for statistical studies. In recent years he is working on risk assessment and his research work consists of more than 60 published papers in journals with great impact effects.
